Not exactly. We share some ground with gentle parenting — no shame, no punishment, no sticker charts — but Little Zen Kid is about helping you actually understand what's driving your child's behavior, not just how to respond to it. Boundaries stay firm. Connection stays first.
Most of what you'll find here is written for the 3–8 age window because that's the space Kamlesh works in directly. Many of the underlying ideas — reading behavior as communication, staying steady, meeting feelings first — carry through the older years too. If you're parenting a tween, most of it will still land.
